Hello MAG Community,
I received my new MAG256 in the mail today. I got it to boot and I struggled to setup WiFi... I am not sure why it never came up on WiFi but I had Ethernet and I plugged it in. It started to do a Software Update and made it to around 75% before the screen went blank. I let it sit a good 30 minutes while watching CHiPs OTA. Went back to the MAG256 input and it was still blank. I clicked on the remote a few times and no reaction. I unplugged it and now I seem to have a brick. It seems to turn on but it does not look like the bootloader is kicking in.
The fn button on the back of the box appears to function.
The rc menu button for 10 seconds on power up does nothing.
I have searched the community for "brick" with no results which I hope is a good sign. But I still have a box the does nothing.
Is there an imageup utility or anything else to resolve the current state condition of my new but seemingly dead MAG256?
