MAG256W1 boot issues

Hi there,

My MAG256 didnt want to start so I unplugged it and plugged it back and box does not boot.It does not pass the load portal screen.

Tried multiples times since last night and so far the box will not boot and it gooes onto the black screen.

I have no control using the remote as well.

If anyone is having the same issue or have a solution please let me know.Thank you all.

Hi.

I have identical issues. My provider changed the box and again I got the same blue screen. I tried changing the HDMI cable and also tried the box on 3 TVs with the same outcome.

Have you managed to sort your issue out ? Im suspecting it has something to do with the HDMI settings.
