anyway to provide me with MAG254W1 image to download? so I can update it through USB as I can't do it online. I need to do it as my STB now not loading the portal nor channels. it started when some channels when I watch causing freezing for the STB and can't watch any other channel, so I need to image it again to let the portal start working again.
