254 random freeze

my 254 randomly locks up have to pull electric out of back and reboot,tried updating firmwares then happens again,remote becomes unresponsive,anyone have similar problems or is it a bin job,just out of warranty,have tried buffer settings etc,very frustrating but it isn't time related,just randomly locks up,remote dosent respond,bought a new remote and that made no difference,isnt server related as it does it without anyrhing being added

I ma having the same issue however it is only when I try and use a supported wifi adaptor, box will function fine for approx. 15 mins that show blank screen only thing I can do it unplug power etc. When I use a normal usb thumb drive I have no issues and I have tried several supported wifi adaptors...only bought the box last month and have never worked for a period of time on wifi, is this box faulty and why does a usb thumb drive not cause it to freeze.

yes I am having the same issues when I go on certain channels with the latest r19 firmware. Other boxes running on r14 do not have any issues at all. I asked support to forward r14 but the answer i got that it is not supported anymore. Unbelievalble and very frustrating. Box is practically unusable.

mine is wired by ethernet,put me of buying anymore infomir products,was hoping would be some sort of a factory reset to restore to day orginial settings/firmware,as i said tryed new power supply and remote but no difference,i was hoping on site that infomir would give some input into a fix but nothing as of yet :(

i have the same problem. The box freeze sometimes, when i change too much time channel, screen stay black, in vod i lost sound, ....

I have de box since 5 day...
