New to the forum. Have tried to call and email support/warranty service in NY several times, but have still received no response.
Have Mag254, purchased off Ebay. Contacted seller there, he said to try here to get response.
Mag254 is no longer working, blue light no longer comes on and would like to get it repaired. Purchased it approx. 11 months ago and don't know if it is still under warranty. Have no problem paying for it to be fixed if not under warranty.
Any suggestions on how to get it up and running again would be greatly appreciated.
