Wifi connection disabled

Hello...

I have a wifi dongle which appears to be connected to my wifi network - it is shown and unlocked - but when I try to open the portal it says there is no internet and the wifi status is shown as disabled.

I have tried to "forget the network" in the hope that I could add it again - but this simply doesn't work... it will not disappear!

I have even tried rebooting with the factory defaults - but still the wifi connection remains and I cannot override it in any way.

Any pointers would be most welcome....

Hello. Keep in mind that wifi connection data (networks, passwords, etc.) is stored in user settings (not in factory one).
