I reset to default settings and on reboot it's stuck on infomir screen the remote is frozen I have tried removing power and pressing menu button while connecting power nothing it is frozen on the infomir screen please help I've only had it 2 days

I have just bought a Mag256 .... and it lasted only a few days & now goes to blue screen and also blacks out .... Complete & utter rubbish! I am going to send back for a refund & buy a decent product.

Does any EVER respond to any queries on this site? ... Very poor show!
