MAG 254: Cannot factory reset (all wrong image)

Hello everyone,\My audio has completely gone on my MAG254. I have troubleshot it as much as I can but I believe that a hard reset will be the best course of action. However, when I reset it in the BIOS menu, all 3 of the possibilities result in the "wrong image" upon reboot. I tried to reinstall the bios via usb but it didn't fix it.Has anyone any idea on what I can do here? You are my only hope! ,,,Thanks :?

Hi! Factory reset sets boot mode in DHCP. You should manually set it in NAND (in Bootloader menu). If you did not while it must be helpful.

Hello all.

I have a mag254 and i thing it has been locked to a provider who just went offline one day.

I have bought another mag a newer one but wish to factory restore the 254 so it can be reused.

I have tried the usb update and it starts then error comes ....unsupported structure .

What the hell does that mean and does anyone have any advice on how to overcome it?

Am i trying to load wrong thing on the box?

How do i find the correct download please 3 months of my life wasted because i can not let it go ,

PLEASE PLEASE someone help.
