According with the MAG 254 box I was having a problem with my internet connection. This was a bit weird because my router was working fine as my other devices were conected. Because of that and after several trials by turning the router off and the MAG 254 off I tried to reset the device. I had it connected through an RCA connector. Then I tried to reload the portal but I couldn't see anything on the screen. I assumed it was a video incompatibilty problem, so I tried to follow the recommendations that are around to try to reboot from the BIOS.
1) Turn box off
2) Press MENU in the RC
3) While pressing MENU turn the box back on.
I tried several times but I couldn't see anything and still I can't manage to see anything.
