Hi, im having problems with removing channels in my favorite list...i remove a channel and it reappears again, would appreciate a solution for the problem thanks.

    its really making me crazy , any help would be nice, i have done a factory reset on the box but still all favorites were there...dont understand why channels cant be removed from favorites, really stupid.

          I bought mag256 last November and was quite happy with it until a couple of months ago I can no longer add or delete channels. Infiniti told me that this is controlled by the IPTV provider. Provider said they have no control on favourite so I took one month's subscription with another provider last Friday. Today three days later AGAIN I cannot make changes to FAVORITES. I am at a complete loss. Is there a way to solve this? I have tried clearing user data, updating firmware, resetting the stb........ But no luck. Do I have to dump my Mathis and buy something that is more reliable? Or is this a fault in some of the boxes??????

            Hi have had mag boxes 254 and 351 and neither of them can delete favorites, i had the iptv provider reset my account and favorites, i could delete them and add them for a while but a few days later i can only add favorites and not delete any of them
