difference between MAG256w1 and MAG256w2

apologies if this has been answered before ( could not find within product compare at infomir site ), but can someone please point out the difference betwee the MAG256w1 and MAG256w2 models?

I see that they both have the same processor, usb3 connectivity, etc.

so I don't understand the difference including pricing at my local retailer.
