ive never really trusted the speed test function in any of the mag box models..... the 322 imo is not a good box (id say its the worst of the boxes ive ever owned) and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone now ... but it fits in with many peoples budget - its not even close to the 250/254 box performances of the past ..... ive had my 351 for over 6 months now without issue.....

    I have my Mag 322 since august, everthing worked fine until December. It started with the remote control that that the on/off button doesn't work. Now the box close by itself after an hour. I need to unplug the device to have it start again, that process works 50% of the time.


    Can anyone help me?

              Have a MAG322v1 running 2.20.08-324...having an issue with 'Deep' power off as well. It seems to work properly upon first boot loading IPTV server on Portal 1 but if you reload portal or choose a different portal will only go into 'Stand-by' it really shouldn't matter which IPTV service you're loading for the box to go into 'Deep' correct?

                I have real problems with my new 322w1. Very difficult to establish wifi connection and repeated freezing and sometimes total loss of programme - I do not have these problems with my 254w2 so it is down to the new box. Very disappointed and will now research an alternative box manufacturer.

                  I have a recurring problem similar to those mentioned here since the 322 came out. I can load up my Portal, but as soon as I try to go back from a channel to make a change the screen goes blank and I have to re-boot. I have contacted Informire, but no response yet. I am using the same portal subscription as I use on a Formuler Z8, which works fine. It seems to be a problem with the MAG Box.

                                  My answer to Infomir has been to buy a Formuler Z8 box which at least delivers that is said in its marketing. If Infomir’s customers vote with their wallets, maybe they will get the message!

                                    I have a mag 322-1w: the pause mode isn't actived into my box also it's weardose becausemy device goes into pause mode, when this is off, the TV closes when I touch the remote when it is in pause mode when it is off and my wifi is never connected when I do restart my box for one of three reasons: It makes bug's, it is freeze, it closes my TV ... My box is perhaps contaminated ... Help me please!

                                      I think guys we have to face the facts. the company that made these boxes load of crap. and Infomir haven't had the decency to respond to any of our emails because there is no fix we've all been conned out of our money.
