MAG256 Authentication Login Password Error

Hi Community,

at the first start of my MAG 256 the box asks me to insert a Login and Password. I dont know it..

I tried to reset it by pressing the FN button but nothing happens (LED stays red). I tried to reset it by entering the BIOS and going there to Default Settings, but nothing happened. It still asks me to insert a Login and Password.

What can I do?
