I have the same issue, tried factory reset, update firmware, checked portal url, all network interfaces are up.
I get loading portal message but then everything goes black. nothing happens.
Please tell me what to do.

Hello i have a problem with my mag254. The problem is that it says that I'm all connected to the internet and still not working. I tried to restart the cracking device by default but nothing helps.
Same problem. After update, portal is not loading/ page loading error. it is not a problem of provider nor a problem with the wifi connection.
the mag322 is useless and we can't watch the tv. I need a solution
I have mac254 and have page loading error. My Internet connection is enabled Ethernet is enabled and WiFi is also enabled. I tried unplugging, rebooting,factory reset but still getting Page loading error. Pl help

I'm having the Page loading error as well and I've done everything from factory reset to updating the firmware and all connections are up to date with internet enabled using both ethernet and wifi. I tried changing boot menu settings and resetting my router and also rebooted the mag box 254 box multiple times. Please help me in solving this issue.
I had put aside my MAG for a few months and now it give me this error too. Internet (not available); Ethernet (enabled); IP (not available). Connection is fine (works with other devices), removed lan cable from switch and plugged one coming directly from router and still not working.
Please help!
I have the exact same problem on Mag254 but it works on other internet connections. I think it's the modem blocking the URL? Is that possible because when I test at a friends house or on my cell data the connection is perfect.

I have the same error. The Internet status is "Enabled" but it is keep changing to "Not available" after every 4 seconds and then back to "Enabled" immediately. And it is keep happening continuously.
I have the same issue with my Mag322, it was working perfectly fine yesterday afternoon, however then the channels stopped working and then got the page loading error with my internet enabled, and connected succesfully to the internet via ethernet. I have attempted the common fixes, such as turning the router on and off, checking the cable, leaving the box for a while hoping it would auto fix itself, even tried to factory reset. Still nothing.

I’m having the same exact problem everyone is complaining with my mag254. Tried everything but couldn’t get it to work at all. The internet option is flickering between enabled and not available. I believe it’s the internet provider blocking or I don’t know. I’ve been at it for a long time and god knows how many times I’ve restarted the damn thing.
Don't know if you fixed it but I was having same issue wouldn't connect even though Internet was enabled just got load page error I just done a software update and working fine now, hope this helps 😊
