My Mag 254 is no longer working after I accidently changed the video output settings. If I don't get this fixed, I'm never buying a product from this company again. I requested help, someone sent and email, I responded with the pic they've requested and still no response. Do you not know your product???? Here's the pic of what I see on my screen.

is easy to correct,.
1) unplug the Mag254 from the outlet
2) when you plug the Mag254 again press on the remote the 3 dot and lines button
3 the will appear the hidden Menu
you change the video output settings, save and done.
