MAG322 PROBLEMS

Versions 5.3 and 6.0 for MAG322 causing problems with freezing and black screen aldo catchup fast forward not working. When will a new firmware be released..... very urgent.

Hello i cannot post a new topic, but i am having a bad problem after updating to image version 220 on the mag 322. Image description is 2.20.07r2-324 I cannot connect to my portal, i have a good internet connection and my ip address is displayed and my mac address. I dont think my provider supports this version. I have tried to factory reset my box. But it keeps updating to this version. Is it possible to reflash the box to and earlier version i had no trouble before the update. Any help would be grateful thank you in advance.

I am also having a problem with Mag 322w1

There is a frequent black screen flash for 3 to 4 seconds for no apparent reason.

Only happens during channel viewing.

Otherwise am totally impressed with the Mag

Kindly advise..please suggest a solution
