I have a MAG 410 recently purchased and installed on my 4K TV. I use the app STALKER . When I click on STALKER my account number appears below show server error and below that new account. 3 days ago it showed correctly TV - MOVIES - SETTINGS but now nothing.
I am told by the TV COMPANY to disconnect and restart. I have done it several times. Can you help
