Hi, it seems that MAG322 compared to MAG254 are getting much hotter and this may causing some issues that a lot of people complains. I get a lot of complains about VOD services that after some time it starts to freezing and then stuck and if you reboot the box then it works again. In all those cases customers complains that the boxes are too hot when you touch them. What is the reason that infomir design a plastic box with minimal (only at top of hdmi connection) air circulation?
I believe most of the complains in this forums have to do with overheating.
