mag 256 blocked / frozen

I purchased a subscription via Ebay for my new Mag 256 box. After several weeks, they finally asked for the Mac No. I didn't hear anything again although money had left my account via PayPal. Having waited 4 weeks which was long enough I finally asked for a refund or I would leave negative feedback, which I did. They sent me an email saying that they have now blocked my box so I can't use it. Can it be unblocked? Thanks in advance.

Do you want to unblock the STB to use it with that subscription or to use with another service? If you've asked about the second option, don't worry. They haven't blocked your STB, but they've blocked the access to their application by your STB. You can purchase an alternative service and set its portal as your main. If you'd like, I'll write here how to change subscription. Please respond :)

I have the same problem. I wanna swtich to another provider and tried to reflash the box to get the factory settings.

Now i updated my box, but the problem is, that no portal field is visible at the servers.

Are you able to help me? Do you know how to proceed in this case?
