Over the last few months my mag250 box has developed an issue. Randomly, 1 or 2 times per day, the screen will just go black and not respond - I can press the on/off button on the remote control but nothing happens. The only way to fix this is to remove the power cable from the box and wait for it to reboot. It typically happens if I leave the box on a channel or the home screen for a long period of time - if I am actively using the box, regularly changing channel it doesn't usually happen.
Any ideas what the issue might be and if it's fixable?
