You can change the font size, font face etc. in CSS files for every template (the blocking message is defined in Classic, not Stalker 5X !) - blocking.css is for 720x576 resolution, blocking_480.css for 720x480 and blocking_720.css for 1280x720.
The entire text is defined in stb.mo / stb.po for English. Use Poedit to edit stb.po and when saving, there'll become an stb.po file.
The locations of files are: (in /var/www/html):
- for CSS: /stalker_portal/c/template/<name of template>/<name of blocking file>
- for PO: /stalker_portal/server/locale/en/LC_MESSAGES
