MAG322 Problem loading portal

Hi guys

I've install about 100 mag stb's but today I found very uncommon problem. When I'm trying to type the portal url or even the portal name, once I press enter its loading a web page. Even on the name when I press save goes to web browser and search on google for my portal name. Anyone have any idea how to fix that issue?? Tried factory defaults, firmware update and still the same????????
