mag 322 and firmware 2.20.07.r2

Hello, The latest firmware version 2.20.07.r2 i think has a problem on the channel list, proviewing only plays sound, no picture.

On full screen channels play ok.

Other problem is a player on some channels instantly and several times showing pixels in the picture. The previous version 2.20.07 has fixed this problem (rtmp)

Same issue here. I don't see the preview in the channel list. Is there a new version that we can update to?

Yes, and we can't get the previous version from the support :( Looking for .06 or 07alpha versions

Found by accident a small workaround that works and gets me my previews back in the channel list.

Go in videoclub, play any movie, go back to TV and you should see the previews. No idea what makes this work, but it did work 5 times out of 5 so far for me, even after a "hard" reboot.

My MAG 322 switches to "standby" or "off" mode when my TV is turned on. I have to turn on the STB again each time my TV is turned on. How do I keep the STB "always on"?

It should be re-done on reboot. Works every single time for me when I lose the previews on a reboot.

I know it's not a solution, but a workaround, however for more than a month now we haven't had an update on the firmware, support representatives are not willing to send older firmware versions either and it's the only way to get your previews back.

I have removed the 322 and gone back to my old box to get preview working! Why is there no proper fix for this?

I had a similar issue on my Mag351 and after a little playing about with my router i found that by changing the wifi channel in the router from ch13 that was manually selected as it was the channel most clear of interference from other wifi users in my location = changed it to auto and wow wifi worked a treat - might be worth a try

My MAG322 just upgraded to 2.20.07r3-324 of Dec 10, 2018.

And now I have the problem of a blank preview screen also.

On the 2.20.07r2-324 version it worked just fine.

Could you please post an official solution to this?

SOLUTION: A RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS solves the problem (even after a hard reboot the preview is still working fine)
