Ultra HD 4k

Dear Infomir community,

I have just upgraded to a Mag Box 322, and have the latest software update.

With my STB package, I also have UHDTV4k films and sport, but when I select these, I get terrific sound, and no picture.

I have a fairly new LG 65inch UHDTV, and I have connected the best HDMI lead, but I still cannot get an UHDTV picture....the rest of the box works fine, in HD, but only when I try and watch UHDTV, are there any techo guru's out there, that can provide any suggestions?
