Hey guy's im starting a new service and looking in to replacing XC and noticed that the ministra seems very much similar..
can somebody help me on this?
is it like Xtream codes or i need the pannel then install Ministra...
also if i only need ministra to manage my resellers lines vod...can it do billing also?
