I am using the mag 322 with the latest firmware.

The problem I am having is it is show only some of the channels the others are not showing. the Videoclub and VOD side of the service works fine but not the live channels.

could this be a firmware problem or provider problem?

Have you tried contacting with the provider? If you use an external portal, it might be provider problem.

yes I did they are saying it is running great. I am in a forum with other users with different boxes and none of them have issues.

Are you able to check this issue on the other box (250, 254, 256 etc.) and emulator (for Android you can download great STBEmu)? Maybe you've slower Internet connection or the firmware of MAG 322 is broken.

No I cant test on other boxes.

where would i find an android emulator?

Yes I do think my firmware for mag322 is broken but I have redownloaded the update several times but no changes.

I would like to do a factory reset with an older firmware and see if it works then upgrade to the latest firmware.

I have tried a different service and provider and I am having the same result.

I believe I have a currupted firmware file.

I would like to know if someone in here has an older firmware than 2.20.07r2-324
