Okay, I'm adding as much detail as possible because I'm a tech moron with no idea what's important to my problem.
Had a power outage for like two seconds and my box would not reload portal. Every time I get to the loading portal page it goes black after a second or so. Everything else about the box seems to be working correctly: It's definitely connected to the internet and will respond to every command except loading portal. I've tried rebooting, reloading, factory reset and nothing works. I've put my STB url in both portals to see if it was a problem with one portal, but both go black. I've contacted my provider and my ticket is up and running. Is the box broken?
