Mag 322 issues with random channels

Hi there, I'm new to this site and hope i'm asking in the right topic.

I have a mag322 that i bought recently and I have it hooked up to a portal. The issue i have found it that 50 percent of the channels keep cutting off while the others works fine.

I have the mag 322 connected through Audio Video and I suspect that the issue is cause by the audio video receiver because when i moved it to connect directly to the TV, all channels worked fine.

Did anyone experience this, were you able to resolve it. I'm not sure while certain channels work with no issue with the AV Receiver and other do not.
