MAG 351 stuttering video & sound on high bitrate 4K

hoping for some guidance...

new MAG 351 , after about 1 minute its stuttering on all streamed 4k video from a very good provider.

I have the following settings on the MAG 351:

video settings 720px50

graphic resol : same as video

buffer : 15 (max)

On router:

I have allocated 50Mbps bandwidth to the MAG (more than enough)

any useful suggestions for a fix appreciated ....

did some more testing;

Upgraded HDMI cable to prove it wasn't that at fault (OR my IPTV provider server's portal!)

Discovered that the same issue occurs when a locally played 4k (high bitrate) .mkv file from (usb 3). Choppy video and sound.

MAG 351 seems to have an firmware (or Codec) issue when playing high bitrate 4k content from ANY source.

I might be sending this back to Amazon for a refund if a solution isnt found.

Bought the Nvidia Shield instead. it works!
