Video Club not work,Siere Film not work, USA Canada Deleted

Hi All

i have MAG 322, at fist week the Video Club , Siere Fil i have and USA Canad and many country ,since 1 month i have nothing just Bein and some sky as i can many program watche in normal Satlit , also i can not update so please i need answer actuly i used the MAG with my samsung smart TV.
