I have got the exact same issue at the moment.

Factory reset didn't help. Keeps booting into the same screen as the screenshot.

How can i get past this ?

Extra info when pressing menu at portal selection. I can got to the portal seelection and system settings for a moment, but then it jumps to same screen as in the sceenshot shown in above post

Same issue here, got a new MAG 256 just a 1 month ago. Trying some providers and got the same error and need to unplug and plug the device again.

Any solution? any reason why that happens?
