Mag 254 problems

Thankyou for your advice on deleting the url entries. After this, I entered the new url but it would load and says "you stb is blocked'' in a big blue message. I checked with my provider who says the service is running correctly. So, could you advise on the cause of this.

Hello. For the last 2 days I have problems with the signal of my MAG254/255W1. I can watch only some little channels, the others only with interruptions.

Idas thinking about the quality of the signal, but I can see some channels well

I can not reset it (press OK and Set up at the same time for 2 seconds and a red light will flash for 5 times).

How could I reset it or any solution
