MAG 250 reboots

Been using an emulator on the firestick and it worked fine. I just purchased a MAG 250 and updated it to the latests software.

The device was fine as far a restarts until I put in the portal info. It tries to load the portal the bar gets about half way the the unit restarts no errors just restarts over and over.

Provider gave me a few urls to try same thing.

Should I try a newer box like the 322 or will I run into the same issue? I like the dedicated box and remote if can get working will be much nicer.

Any thought to resolve the issue?
