Problems After Upgrade MAG352

Hello, recently we update the version of my MAG352 and from these days we have many problem with the stalker plataform, problems sync's with video/audio, and dont see the preview screeen video in the stalker channel selection. We trry to downgrade to the another version but i cant see where i can download
