I got the 351 on Friday, expecting that it would be much more stable than the STB emulator on my smart TV, but it isn't!. I have had to restart it 20 times since Friday. It seems to be particular channels that cause it to freeze and be unresponsive, but they work fine on the emulators. I have updated it and changed the buffer to 5000 ms in the main settings and 5s in the portal settings but it still happens.

Any ideas or should I just return the box and stick with the emulator.

Just an update. I took the box to another part of the house and reset to factory. The other part of the house doesn't get wifi but has ethernet (powerline) so I plugged that in and it works fine. The specific channel obviously has some issues because it is very slow at loading. If anyone is reading this, could they help me understand why a change of connection is correcting an issue given that the 802.11ac 5mhz connection tests as nearly twice as fast? Also, what happens with the mag box when there are both wireless and wired connections active at the same time? Does the mag box bridge the two connections or is the wireless used in case the wired fails? In addition why does network infor show the DHCP server under the heading "DNS Server" instead of the DNS server.
