Mag322w1 Channel Change Issue

Whenever I change a TV Channel on my Mag322 box, for a few seconds it goes completely dark before moving on to the next channel.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Hi,

Before update mu mag 322w1 i can get picture and voice on my pre select picture but when i update the box to the latest firmware i only get voice. I need to pres OK to o to the main screen to get picture and voice.

I also have a lot of freezing when i use the box on WiFi but when i use a mag 254 w1 i don't have freezing picture using the seam WiFi and on the seam spot.

Also having similar problem with two different service provider with my MAG 322w1. This is before the update to the new firmware. One of the sub provider I have, I can not get picture on the pre select channel but only get sound. I have to select the channel in order to get a picture. Now, this problem very irritating from the second sub provider. Selecting channels from the second service sub provider is very, very slow on certain countries channels but when I go to the UK section it kick me out to pitch black screen which I have to unplug and plug it back in to restart the MAG.

I have many MAG 322w1 Boxes but Problem is the July UPDATE !!!! When you go to settings it automatically does the July update (DO NOT UPDATE!!!!) but you have no choice !!! after update you no longer have the small screen channel listing view, just a blank, but after a few days, if you do not turn off the box you start seeing the small screen view.. !!!! But if you shutoff the box or reset you loose small screen again... WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX WITH NEW UPDATE OR STOP SELLING MAG 322w1 BOXES TILL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED
