UNLOCK message displaying on MAG 256 ???

Hi everybody

We are IPTV provider and Have a big issue.

Actually two MAG 256 are dsiplayig suddenly without any changing a message

UNLOCK

asking a password and OK

WE have no password required for using our IPTV services.

Someone knows the default password to unclock it ?
