All i got by email is this:
We have noticed that this issue ("MAG Service > STB > ") has not been updated for a period of 30 days.
We assume that this issue is resolved. However if this is not the case, feel free to add a comment and we will respond accordingly.
Why can't you just help me please ? i mailed pictures and stated the issue clearly, i've been very patient , my iptv provider mailed you many times asking you what info you need but you do not reply to them.
On forums i told many people to buy a MAG because they are such great devices but now i find out the support is bad 🙁
