MAG 250 CAN'T LOAD PORTAL

Hello all,

I'm new one in this world, just got a MAG 250, try to add portal, however it can't load completely, more or less 50%, then black screen, the box restart automaticlly, finally stopped on the screen which showing "load.........", nothing happened.

I search many ways to try to fix the issue

1. Restore factory then update by http, all the process is ok, but nothing.

2. Restart my router and then restart the box, nothing.

3. Cut the power 10 seconds then power on, nothing.

4. Changed ethernet to wifi, nothing.

5. Changed portal 1 to portal 2, leaving portal empty, nothing.

6. Changed resolution of video, nothing happend.

I have tried to add another provider, and work fine, no problem. but the strange thing is with MAG 256 AND 322 BOTH PROVIDER WITHOUT PROBLEM, NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM, MAYBE THIS IS THE LATEST FIRMWARE THAT HAS MAG 250.

Anyone knows how to fix the problem, please help me, thanks a lot.
