Controlling lirc using ssh/CLi

I'm using the MAG254 with public image to receive a multicast stream

I use Ansible to ssh to the STB and update /mnt/Userfs/data/iptv.json changing the multicast details, then killall stbapp which successfully restarts the stream on the new multicast

The problem is the IPTV channel is overlaid on the received stream and I have to use the remote to press ok to see the stream

is there away of piping '00000000000013ac 00 ok TT' to the lircd receiver from the command line, I am assuming the irsend utility will do this but its not on the STB

Ignore me had I actually read the documentation i'd seen the reference to javascript API and the /home/web/services.html
