MAG256 No Longer Working on New Portal

i have added my mag box mac number to a new portal URL.

and since then. my remote is unresponsive on the main menu of the new portal

the remote works on internal portal and during the loading process. but as soon as the new portal URL is loaded it won’t work.

MAG256 on latest software, rebooted a number of times, changed batteries.
