Channel issues with STB 254

Hello.

I have mag 254 set up with a Sportsdonkey subscription. The channels are a mess. GOLD keeps skipping and freezing while instead of Discovery I get BBC Parliament!

I've contacted Sportsdonkey and apparently everything is ok at their end.

Can you help me?
