PAGE LOADING ERROR NEED SOLUTION

Hello, infomir

Just got 2 box MAG 250, after autoupgrade, the box show ¨page loading error ¨, the portal is correct, because others box are working good, i try to reset factory, but nothing happened, these 2 boxs are not working, internet conection is ok, i really don´t know how to fix the problem, i need help urgently.
