How stupid is this
Answer from the first request in this topic is : we can, t help , the provider must solved this.
An now they make a second ticket , i already know what they will ASK : Mac adres , box info , last update etc etc
Then infomir Will ASK me : Please ASK provider to contact infomir ( as infomir knows that the provider Will never do that)
At last infomir Will come back : sorry you must solve this with your provider
I scrolled back in other topics ,Many other customers ASK about Recording , nobody get an answer
I bought the box , because commercial shows me that recording is possible.
