Unable to open latino channels on HIPTV with mag351

Hello, i have a Mag 351, use it to view hiptv channels, but complete group of "latino" channels does NOT open. All channels are listed in the main hiptv menu, but only receive black screen when i click one of them? I live in Spain, contacted hiptv, they say it is a local issue, all channels work when they test it with a Mag 351. Can anybody help?
