No Sound on VOD

I have a Magbox 256 and am experiencing sound problems with VOD content. About 66% of VOD content plays fine but the other 33% has no sound at all.is there a update to resolve this?

This is caused by the incompatibility of the VOD itself and what codec its using (Common Issue) mate, so its not the MAG its how the VODS are converted by your provider.

Is there any workaround for this? Most of the TV series from my provider seems to be using DTS.

If I were to get DTS speakers and connect to MAG box would that work?
