For the past few weeks I have had a problem using my providers time shift tv service. When I select an earlier programme to watch I get the message 'file missing'. I know the problem is not with the provider as a friend has a mag 254 as well and his works fine. Several searches on the inter net suggest that I use Google DNS of 8.8.8.8 to resolve the problem but this does not resolve the problem. Anyone got any suggestions?
