Mag322 shutdown issues

why is it that the mag 322 will not shutdown to red light after viewing channels instead I have to go to inner portal to achoieve red light state?

this was not an issue on the Mag 256

ALSO

Several films on VOD on both boxes have no sound why is this ?????

Hello

I just bought a MAG 322 and it keep shuthing down after 5-10 min when a swich between channels. It only 1 week old and can se other have the same issue

What can I do ??

Since the last update the screen will go black when switching channel and I need to start box again, then I will rarely be able to switch channel more then 3 times before screen goes black again. Very annoying.

Any help for this? Every time I change channel tv goes to black screen and I have to unplug the Mag box and restart it.
