Hello!,

I bought a MAG 275. I could see it perfectly in my smart tv Samsung, but a week ago I decided to connect it on a TV - monitor. I changed the HDMI cable and connected it to the monitor, but after the loading message appears no signal (the screen goes black and then the message no signal HDMI).

I have reset to factory settings and I've tried all the options, but is still the same error. Also now I can not see it on TV where I used to see it. The following is the error that get me:

Error loading portal. Service Page

Segmentation fault

Can anyone help me?
