I tried with 2 providers, same result, ever since the Dec 20th update, I get no video or sound, just the channel lists and episodes, but black screen on preview or full screen.
I factory reset the device, still same issue.
I too had the same issue. I was able to fix it by downloading the update from infomir @ http://soft.infomir.com/mag322/release/ directly to a USB and installing the update from the system menu. https://wiki.infomir.eu/eng/set-top-box/stb-linux-webkit/mag322-324-349-351/software-update-mag322-324-349-351, this worked for me, hope it helps.
